November 15, 2024The reservation of employees will resume on December 1 and will only be processed through the “Diia” application.
This was reported by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine following an audit of enterprises and organizations with critical status and the right to employee reservation.
The criteria for critical status will be revised as follows:
- A private enterprise must have no debt and must provide an average salary for both the company and the reserved employee of at least 2.5 times the minimum wage.
- Monthly monitoring of enterprises and organizations will be conducted.
- Regional and sectoral criteria will be coordinated with the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Economy.
Enterprises that already have reserved employees must confirm compliance with the new conditions and re-register their reserved employees by February 28.
It should be noted that in October, the “Diia” application suspended the service for reserving employees from mobilization.
According to sources within the government, there is a mandate to reduce the number of reserved employees by one million people, with those losing their reservation being directed to territorial recruitment centers for subsequent mobilization.
