In Odesa, two drunk men, one of whom was in his underwear, were taken to the territorial recruitment center.
This was reported by local social media pages.
Soon after, they were released with draft notices, but the men refused to leave, demanding that their bottle of wine be returned or that they be shown the law under which it was confiscated.
In the end, the alcohol was returned to them, and the satisfied men left, taking their draft notices with them.
