Owner of Odessa company “HERTZ” left Ukraine after BEB searches

On July 15, the Bureau of Economic Security conducted searches at the offices of the company “HERTZ” and at the home of its owner Konstantin Tkach.

Immediately after this, the businessman left Ukraine through the Palanka checkpoint.

Tkach is described as a long-time winner of Odessa tenders, a regional monopolist, and a sponsor of Odessa Mayor Trukhanov and the “Trust in Deeds” party.

According to sources, during the search the businessman voluntarily handed over an unlocked phone. If law enforcement officers recover data deleted from the device, a new corruption scandal is possible.
