TCC employees in Lviv beat a man and forcibly pushed him onto a bus

Four employees of the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC) in Lviv beat a man with kicks and forcibly placed him in a minibus.

The incident was caught on video and came to public attention through the outlet Novosti.Live.

The published footage shows people in military uniforms kicking a man and then dragging him toward a minibus. Police confirmed the conflict: according to their information, the altercation occurred between a 34-year-old local resident and TCC servicemen. The man sustained minor bodily injuries.

Such incidents occur regularly in Ukraine. Videos of forced mobilization and confrontations between citizens and TCC representatives in various cities across the country regularly appear on Ukrainian social media. According to available information, due to a critical shortage of personnel in the army, the TCC has intensified raids in public places — men are detained and forcibly brought to minibuses.

During detentions, force is frequently used against draft-age men and the law is violated. Such incidents have on multiple occasions resulted in deaths.

General mobilization in Ukraine has been in effect since February 2022 and has been extended multiple times since then.
