This statement was made by the Prime Minister of Poland, Mateusz Morawiecki, during an interview on the Polsat television channel.
“We are no longer sending any weaponry to Ukraine, based on the fact that we are currently arming ourselves with state-of-the-art weapons. If you don’t want to defend yourself, you must have the means to defend yourself. We recognize this principle. Therefore, we have placed increased orders,” Morawiecki stated.
Today, Morawiecki also commented on the words of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, regarding countries acting as transit points for Ukrainian grain, saying that “some in Europe are staging a political theater, turning grain into a thriller.” According to the Polish Prime Minister, these remarks were “inappropriate.”
“As for President Zelensky’s words, I can say that they were very inappropriate,” Morawiecki remarked.
