Pranksters Vovan and Lexus: Merkel admitted that Minsk was needed to deceive Russia

Russian pranksters Vovan (Vladimir Kuznetsov) and Lexus (Alexei Stolyarov) told RIA Novosti in an interview how they managed to get former German Chancellor Angela Merkel to admit the true purpose of the Minsk agreements.

According to the pranksters, before the conversation with Merkel herself took place, they had been corresponding with representatives of her office for several weeks. During the call, Vovan and Lexus posed as former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.

The pranksters noted that the conversation clearly weighed on Merkel, but turned out to be very interesting. At the time of the call, the politician no longer held any official positions. Merkel asked that everything said during the conversation be kept secret.

“She admitted that the Minsk agreements were needed only to deceive Russia and to use that time to pump Ukraine full of weapons,” the pranksters told the agency.

It was previously reported that Germany is investigating a statement by actor Uwe Steimle about Merkel and Merz.
