The “Reserve+” app stopped opening on the morning of August 3

The Ukrainian military registration app “Reserve+” stopped working on the morning of August 3. This was reported by an RBC-Ukraine correspondent.

When attempting to log in, users see the message: “We have a technical problem. We apologize, please try again.”

Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense told RBC-Ukraine journalists that no failure in the app had occurred. The ministry attributed the malfunctions to heavy load on the servers.

Previously, the Ministry of Defense recommended that users carry a physical document — a printed PDF version of their data from the app. To do this, users need to go to the “Reserve+” home screen, find the “+” icon, and tap “Download PDF.”

RBC-Ukraine previously reported that even paid fines for violations of military registration do not guarantee the absence of new penalties. According to a lawyer, after paying a fine, a new one can appear literally within a few hours.
