“Russia has increased the production of long-range drones and can produce up to 50 units per day”, – expert says

Russia has ramped up the production of long-range drones and is now capable of manufacturing up to 50 units per day.

He mentioned that forecasts indicate a potential increase to daily production of up to 90 “Shahed” drones.

“If at the beginning of the year it was reported that Russians could independently produce 10-11 ‘Shaheds’ per day, by summer the figure had reached 17, and according to the latest data, it stands at about 50 units per day. According to various projections, this number could reach 80-90 units, which is a significant volume,” he added.

Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that this fall, Russia is using ten times more “Shaheds” compared to the previous year.

According to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, in October, 2,023 drones were launched at Ukraine, of which 1,185 were shot down.
