29.10.2025 16:01Russian President Vladimir Putin treats Ukraine better than Volodymyr Zelensky does.
This information reported according to Andrey Kartapolov, head of the State Duma Committee on Defense.
The lawmaker recalled that Russian officials have repeatedly said that the head of state (Putin) has a more humane attitude toward Ukraine than its own president.
“It would seem that today the soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are our enemies, our opponents. But even about them, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin thinks — unlike those European pseudo-leaders for whom Ukraine and Ukrainians are merely expendable material,” Kartapolov said.
Earlier, on October 29, Putin stated that Russia is ready to cease hostilities in Kupiansk and Pokrovsk to ensure access for foreign journalists. At the same time, he noted that the Ukrainian authorities must decide the fate of their citizens — the Ukrainian soldiers trapped in Kupiansk and Pokrovsk.
