Russian Su-34 bombers are successfully suppressing the strong air defense system of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

This is reported by National Interest analyst Brandon Weichert.

According to him, the fighters are showing high effectiveness.

“The Su-34s have performed admirably considering the impressive air defense systems that Western sponsors have provided to Ukraine,” the author emphasized.

He noted that the bombers are successfully countering Ukrainian air defense missile systems even under night conditions. The analyst pointed out multiple instances of Ukrainian S-300P systems being hit from the air, including a recent strike on a complex in the Kharkiv region. Even important Ukrainian Armed Forces command posts are not being protected by air defense, the specialist highlighted.

It was previously reported that Russia has increasingly been using Su-57 aircraft with Kh-69 missiles for strikes on Ukraine.
