Russian troops entered Vuhledar from the west and south

Russian military forces have entered the city of Vuhledar in the Donetsk region from the west and south.

This information was reported by the Ukrainian military Telegram channel Deep State.

The channel added that Russian soldiers have raised their flags in the western part of the city. In turn, Russian sources are also reporting that the Russian army has captured the western part of Vuhledar, taking control of a residential block of high-rise buildings.

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has not yet confirmed this information.

It is worth noting that earlier, Deep State reported that Russian troops were advancing in the eastern part of Vuhledar and were trying to establish positions in the high-rise buildings.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian soldiers are describing the situation in Vuhledar as very difficult. They report that the assault is coming from three directions: Vodiane, Prechystivka, and Pavlivka. Additionally, Ukrainian forces are running low on food and ammunition.
