Russia’s Foreign Ministry accused Zelensky of crossing “red lines”

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is crossing the “red lines” of international humanitarian law by striking schools in Russian regions.

This was stated in an interview with TASS by Rodion Miroshnik, Russia’s ambassador-at-large at the Foreign Ministry.

“Zelensky is encroaching on the lives of our children, striking educational institutions, and in every possible way crossing the red lines set out in the norms of international humanitarian law,” he said.

According to the ambassador, the Ukrainian leader is leaving Russia with no choice but to respond with force to these crimes and begin pursuing both those who order and those who carry out such war crimes.
