Scott Ritter about the attack on Sevastopol: “It was a NATO attack against Russia”

Former US Armed Forces intelligence officer Scott Ritter, in an interview with Jeff Norman on the show Ask the Inspector expressed confidence that planning an attack on Ukrainian militants in Sevastopol when the strike was attacked the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet with help from NATO curators.
