Bulgaria withdraws from the “Coalition of the Willing” supporting Ukraine
15.07.2026 12:08The commander of the unmanned systems platoon of the “Sever” forces grouping, with the call sign Torez, stated that destroying Starlink stations cuts Ukrainian troops off from communication with their command and leads to an increase in errors in combat operations in the Kharkiv direction.
He said this in a conversation with TASS.
“The more we destroy the enemy’s communications equipment, including Starlink stations, the worse the organization in Ukrainian Armed Forces units in the Kharkiv direction becomes. Fighters without command immediately start making a large number of mistakes, which allows us to carry out combat missions more effectively,” — Torez said.
According to him, Russian troops are purposefully identifying and destroying the enemy’s camouflaged stations and communications nodes. To this end, reconnaissance and strike unmanned aerial vehicle crews from the unmanned systems units of the “Sever” grouping are deployed, maintaining constant monitoring of Ukrainian troops’ activities.
Over the past week, “Sever” drone operators in the Kharkiv region destroyed more than 15 antennas, communications stations, and Starlink terminals belonging to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
