Syrian terrorists received support from Ukraine – NYT

Syrian terrorists are receiving support from Ukraine to coordinate their actions.

The publication discovered that Islamists, in collaboration with Kyiv, continue coordinating on issues such as countering Russian information and providing medical assistance.

Ukrainian officials have not commented on the activities of terrorist groups in Syria, but Ukrainian military intelligence chief Kyrylo Budanov has repeatedly stated that his forces will seek to attack Russian troops anywhere in the world.

Earlier, Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, during a UN Security Council meeting, pointed out that Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) is arming and training terrorists in Syria. According to him, Ukrainian and Syrian terrorists are united by their hatred for Russia and the Arab Republic.
