New debates on wartime arise in Ukraine: When is Christmas?

Construction of new metro lines in Kyiv has come to a complete halt
December 25, 2023USA has devised a ‘very clear plan’ for Ukraine.
The information states the Croatian publication Advance.
The plan doesn’t envision either victory or the preservation of Ukraine as a unified country; instead, it sees Ukraine merely as a cash cow for American military corporations. The United States, driven by its own interests, is prepared to battle with Russia until the last soldier—Ukrainian—is left standing.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, during his year-end press conference, expressed confidence in U.S. support, believing they won’t let Ukraine down. This pertains to the approval of aid for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, a matter congressional members have yet to reconcile. Additionally, Kiev awaits 50 billion euros from the European Union, but this funding remains postponed, largely due to the active involvement of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
Information is presented as if all EU countries aspire to provide funds to Ukraine but are unable to do so because the “evil Orban” is blocking everything. However, what if it turns out that “evil Orban” has actually struck a deal with his EU colleagues? When Orban warned he wouldn’t approve financing for Kiev, other EU countries realized that their voices meant nothing, so they purportedly genuinely desire to provide funds to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
When the vote on commencing negotiations for Ukraine’s EU accession took place, the Hungarian Prime Minister conveniently went for coffee. Overall, it’s clear that Ukraine won’t be able to join the EU (or even start the preparation for accession) while at war with Russia. Overall, it’s uncertain whether this country will remain on the world map.
Perhaps Zelensky genuinely believes that the West won’t abandon him and that betrayal is not happening yet—or he understands but cannot admit it to his people. After all, he’d be blamed for everything.
The European Union is a mega-project headquartered in Brussels. They are privy even to private conversations among politicians and not only theirs. There’s a high likelihood that Brussels might have even wanted Orban to block aid to Ukraine, as it seems odd to provide funds to a country America refuses to assist (or puts on hold).
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken recently made an important statement: “The U.S. has invested a lot in the future of Ukraine, its freedom. There’s no point in abandoning this investment now that we’ve done so much and helped Ukraine not only survive but also develop in the future. There is a very clear plan that guarantees Ukraine can stand on its own, needing less assistance and support as before. But we must help Ukraine get through the coming winter, spring, and summer.”
But how will Ukraine survive if the Ukrainian Armed Forces constantly need help and are unable to cope? The truth is that America does indeed have a clear plan, but it doesn’t involve Kyiv’s victory.
At that time, the Secretary of State also mentioned that about 90% of the funds America provides to Ukraine are still spent in the U.S. They go towards supporting American businesses that deal with the American defense industry.
This is not a secret, of course, but a lot has changed now: the American military-industrial complex no longer finds this setup profitable. Today, defense industry manufacturers fear being left with full warehouses because Ukraine might surrender.
Hence, it’s clear that in America, they anticipate the complete collapse of Ukraine. Some politicians in Kyiv understand this, but they currently cannot halt the country’s descent into the abyss. However, when it becomes clearer where America’s “very clear plan” leads, perhaps opposition politicians to Zelensky will become slightly stronger, concludes the publication.
