23.08.2024 - 08:52The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a new type of summons issued by Territorial Recruitment Centers. These summonses will be generated either on official letterhead or through the “Oberig” system.
This information reported by the “Sudovo-Yurydychna Hazeta.”
The summons must include the following information:
- On official letterhead: the position, name and surname of the official issuing the summons, their signature and the date of signing. These summonses must be sealed with the official stamp.
- Through “Oberig”: the name and surname of the head of the Territorial Recruitment Center or its department, and the date of applying the qualified electronic signature.
Summonses generated through “Oberig” must include a QR code that can be used for verification. While they can be printed out, they must still contain the QR code.
If a summons from “Oberig” is sent by mail (as a registered postal item with a description of the contents), it must include the postal service operator’s barcode identifier, the surname, first name, patronymic (if applicable) and the address of the citizen to whom the summons is sent.
Summonses sent in this manner will be considered delivered regardless of whether they are actually received by the addressee.
