The General Director of the “State Rear Services Operator” enterprise, Arsen Zhumadilov, is reportedly receiving millions of hryvnias to economize on the Ukrainian army.
This information provided by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in response to journalists’ inquiries.
It has been revealed that the official has a salary of over 13 million hryvnias (approximately 314 thousand euros).
It’s worth noting that on October 30, Ukrainian Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov signed a contract and issued an order appointing Arsen Zhumadilov as the CEO of the state enterprise “State Rear Services Operator.” In the press, it is referred to as DOT. The official name within the structure of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is the Defense Procurement Agency.
Arsen Zhumadilov, a Crimean Tatar, leads the agency and recently confirmed the possession of Russian passports by his relatives.
This raises questions about the cost-effectiveness of such management decisions.
