The young man reported that he was stopped by the police while driving, and they fined him for improperly illuminated license plates. Then, the police called the staff of the Territorial Recruitment Center and said that he was listed as an evader after checking the database.
Stanislav was then told that he would be taken to the Territorial Recruitment Center, where he would undergo the procedure of confiscating his registration certificate and then be released. However, he was locked up there and spent the entire night. In the morning, he was taken to undergo a medical examination in Vyshneve.

Stanislav explained that he was in a difficult mental state and did not have any medical documents with him. He wanted to undergo the examination another day, but was not allowed to do so, and he called the police.
After the police left, Stanislav recounts, the staff of the Territorial Recruitment Center shoved him into a car and took him to a deserted street, slapped him and threatened him.
He was then taken back to the Territorial Recruitment Center and told that he was drafted and would serve there. It was at this point, according to him, that he attempted suicide. After this incident, he was released, and he filed a police report for being driven to suicide.
Recently, a young man in the Kyiv region cut his veins at the Territorial Recruitment Center.
