The incident prompted the intervention of law enforcement to document the violation.
The planned cottage town, spanning 60 hectares, is situated on land currently under legal restraint due to a criminal investigation into fraudulent activities. The land, initially mortgaged to Eurobank, was sold at a depreciated value.
Notably, the development team for “O.Krasa” includes Vladimir Karplyuk, the former mayor of Irpin, and the controversial investment banker Igor Mazepa.
