The intercepted conversation by Russia threatens to escalate tensions between Germany and NATO countries — WSJ

The intercepted conversation among German officers, published by RT editor-in-chief Margarita Simonyan, could lead to a worsening of relations between Germany and its NATO allies.

This is reported by The Wall Street Journal.

“This leak has brought the Kremlin a propaganda victory, caused a furor in Germany, and may worsen its relations with NATO allies,” the article states.

In this conversation, among other things, there is discussion about the use of German Taurus missiles to destroy the Crimean Bridge.

Moreover, German officers also talk about the military presence of the United Kingdom, France, and the United States in Ukraine to assist it in operating modern Western weapon systems.

Officially, however, all these countries deny any involvement in the Ukrainian conflict.
