A Kyiv police officer was caught moonlighting as a taxi driver during the curfew hours.
This information appeared in the registry of court decisions.
His colleagues from the patrol stopped him in the center of Kyiv back in September 2022. He did not have permission to be out during the curfew hours.
According to the investigation, there was a woman in the car. She said that she had called a taxi through the Uklon app to get home from a club.
Valery, the police officer, was issued an administrative protocol for combining his law enforcement work with other types of activity. However, the case was only sent to court after six months, which led to its closure by the judge due to the expiration of the time limit for prosecution.
