The main pressure is coming from the eastern flank, where the enemy has advanced to the eastern outskirts of Myrnohrad and is attempting to enter industrial and suburban areas with small assault groups — close-quarters fighting is ongoing there,” the soldier writes.
There are also attempts by Russian forces to enter residential zones from the northeast and south, while the rear positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are being hit by FAB-guided bombs and drones (UAVs).
At the same time, authorities of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) claim that “fighting has begun” in Myrnohrad.
Earlier, it was reported that Russian troops began infiltrating Pokrovsk this week. Sabotage and reconnaissance groups are entering the city from the southwest.
