The first private request: A Polish citizen asked Zelensky to reinter 18 victims of the Volyn massacre
September 2, 2024Russian military channels are reporting that the Russian army has received new KABs (guided aerial bombs) with extended strike range due to enlarged wings.
According to their assessment, instead of the current 50-60 km range for the FAB-500, the range could increase to 78-85 km.
They also report that testing of the most powerful Russian bombs, the FAB-3000M54 with UMPC (universal planning and correction module), is nearing completion, which will allow them to be dropped from greater distances, outside the range of Ukrainian air defense.
This information has not been officially confirmed.
It is worth recalling that, according to the mayor of Kharkiv, the city was recently struck for the first time by a hybrid of a missile and a guided aerial bomb.
