The state enterprise ‘Document’ has suspended document issuance abroad for all adults

The state enterprise “Document” has officially announced the suspension of document issuance abroad. It is reported that passport issuance is possible for children under 12 years old, due to the lack of necessity for biometric verification.

According to the state enterprise, this decision was made “for technical reasons.” The time for resumption of services will be announced separately. Document submission is being accepted under normal procedures.

Recall that yesterday, the media reported on the directive from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to suspend consular services for men of conscription age. 

However, as we can see from the “Document” announcement, document processing for all adults has been suspended.
