23.04.2024 - 12:03The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, declares that it was he who ordered to limit consular services for Ukrainians abroad.
Recall that the order was signed by the Deputy Minister Andriy Sybiga, who came to work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine from the Office of the President.

Dmytro Kuleba writes that Ukraine will not provide services to its citizens abroad because they have shown their indifference to the survival of the state.
“What it looks like now: a person of conscription age has gone abroad, showing his state that the issue of its survival does not concern him, and then comes and wants to receive services from this state. If these people think that someone there, far away on the front line, is fighting and giving their lives for this state, and someone will sit abroad, but at the same time will receive services from this state – it doesn’t work like that,” Kuleba writes in “Kh.”
He notes that the obligation to update documents in territorial recruitment centers existed before the adoption of the new mobilization law. And staying abroad “does not exempt a citizen from obligations to the Motherland.” Soon, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will provide clarified explanations on the new procedure for obtaining consular services.
