An advisor to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has expressed concerns about the lack of personnel in the army to effectively use the weapons supplied by Western countries.
This information reported according to Time magazine.
“In some branches of the military, the shortage of personnel has become even more acute than the deficit of weapons and ammunition,” the publication reports.
According to a source close to Zelensky, even if Western countries, led by the United States, deliver all the promised weaponry to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, it may still be challenging to fully utilize it.
