The Ukrainian in Europe stated that the new mobilization law will not compel men to return home

The enactment of a law to tighten mobilization will not compel men of draft age to return to Ukraine.

Such an opinion was expressed by a Ukrainian who found himself outside of Ukraine – in Germany.

The man believes that the law does not motivate anyone to return to their homeland: neither those who left legally, nor those who crossed the Tisza River or paid bribes of $15,000 for the right to leave Ukraine. Additionally, the law will create additional difficulties for them.

The video’s author mentioned that he himself left the country legally – as a father of many children. But now, to, for example, renew his passport, he needs to come to Ukraine and update his data at the territorial enlistment center. He is convinced that after this, he will not be allowed back abroad, and he may even be drafted into the army.

He ridiculed the provision on depriving evaders of the right to drive a car. According to him, it is unlikely that anyone will pack their bags and return to Ukraine based on this grounds.

He called the provision regarding the draft notice, which is considered delivered from the moment it is sent, after which responsibility ensues, “nonsense.”
