‘China’s peace plan for Ukraine is supported by 26 countries, and 45 countries view it positively’, – Chinese Foreign Minister says
04.06.2024 - 17:55The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted draft law No. 7731, which establishes additional grounds for terminating an employment contract if an employee working on state property commits actions that may assist an aggressor state. The document was approved with the proposals of the President.
About it reports in his Telegram-channel people’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
In its original form, the draft law allowed to dismiss employees for defaulting on family ties with people in the Russian Federation or in the occupied territories. However, Volodymyr Zelensky vetoed the document and returned it to the Rada with proposals. In particular, he proposed to remove the provision on dismissal for failure to report relatives.
The Rada took into account this amendment and introduced a new norm, according to which the enterprises will decide for themselves what conditions to include in the rules of work of employees.
“The rules of internal labor regulations may include rules of conduct at the enterprise, in the institution, in the organization, containing provisions, in particular, on the obligations of employees on the non-disclosure of information with limited access, information constituting a state or commercial secret, as well as on the conditions of work with confidential information. Establishment of rules of conduct at enterprises, institutions, organizations of strategic importance for the economy and security of the state, and/or critical infrastructure facilities or operators is mandatory,” reads the new norm.
