A rally is being held again in Kyiv today for the restoration of NABU’s powers
30.07.2025 - 07:32The West will soon demand that Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky step down.
This was stated by Oleg Soskin, former adviser to president Leonid Kuchma, on his YouTube channel.
“What could happen now? Zelensky will be asked to resign. Everything is heading in that direction,” Soskin said, outlining what he sees as the likely outcome.
According to him, Zelensky’s position has weakened after Ukraine’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) reportedly installed surveillance in the apartment of businessman Tymur Mindich. The recordings are believed to possibly include the voice of the Ukrainian president.
On July 22, the Verkhovna Rada approved a law reducing the powers of Ukraine’s anti-corruption agencies. The same day, it was signed by president Zelensky. The decision triggered protests within Ukraine and concern in Brussels over the government’s actions.
