Elena Zelenska demanded that Google derusify its search engine and not provide Russian-language content to Ukrainians
October 20, 2023Former advisor to the Office of the President of Ukraine, Alexey Arestovich, has claimed that the Presidential Office is actively spreading negative information about him.
Arestovich made these allegations on his social media accounts.
According to Arestovich, the information campaign against him began in March 2022 when he was still working as an advisor to the President’s Office. The reason for this campaign was his significantly increased personal rating, which was considered a threat to the president, presumably referring to President Volodymyr Zelensky.
He mentioned that the attitude toward him within the presidential team changed dramatically during that time. While he had always felt like an outsider, it became even more pronounced.
The culmination of this campaign was an incident involving a statement he made about the Dnipro River on January 4, 2023.
Arestovich stated that the majority of the negative information being spread about him, approximately 70%, is orchestrated through channels within the Presidential Office. He even claimed that the amount of negative information coming from the Presidential Office surpasses that generated by Kremlin-related sources.
