Local community pages report that Kotlino village in Pokrovsk district has been without power for 14 days already.

It’s worth recalling that at the end of November, in the Odessa neighborhood of Luzanivka, locals blocked the road due to a four-day power outage.

In Kyiv, residents of a housing complex blocked a road because their electricity was cut off over debts owed by the developer.
