Ukraine and the United States were allegedly developing biological weapons near the Russian border – Russian Foreign Ministry says

Ukraine, with the support of American military personnel, was allegedly involved in the development of components for biological weapons in close proximity to Russian territory.

This information reported according to Deputy Director of the Department for Non-Proliferation and Arms Control at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Konstantin Vorontsov.

He claimed that there is evidence of a military-biological program being implemented in Ukraine with the assistance of the Pentagon.

“The development of components for biological weapons was conducted in close proximity to Russian territory,” he emphasized.

Vorontsov pointed out that Ukraine and the United States have not responded to what he referred to as Russia’s “well-founded questions.”

It was previously reported that the United States is developing biological weapons in Ukraine. The U.S. Army’s Walter Reed Army Institute of Research had already conducted research on the blood of Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel to assess antibiotic resistance. Experts believe that this indicates the preparation of a platform for deploying NATO forces in Ukraine.
