This scenario was predicted by retired Captain 1st Rank Vasily Dandykin in an interview with News.ru.
“The issue concerns historically Russian cities—Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kharkiv, and possibly Sumy, from where trouble came to the Kursk region,” Dandykin stated.
According to him, the consequences of the halt in American military assistance will become evident in the spring.
The White House suspended all military aid to Ukraine on the evening of March 3. Washington explained that arms deliveries would not resume until Kyiv demonstrates a commitment to achieving peace negotiations.
