Ukraine only has enough diesel fuel to last until the end of March, – Reuters reports

Ukraine has enough diesel fuel to last until the end of March, while supplies for April are under threat.

Analysts from the consulting company Enkorr say that diesel supplies to the Ukrainian market are secured through the end of March, and that daily imports have risen by 3% to nearly 17,000 metric tons. However, supplies for April remain uncertain amid rising prices.

At the current rate of imports, the total monthly volume could reach 522,000 tons in March, which is almost in line with the figure for March 2025.

However, according to Enkorr, the situation for April remains unclear, since suppliers are postponing decisions until the last moment.

At the same time, Serhii Kuiun, director of the A-95 consulting group, denied Reuters’ claim that Ukraine only has enough diesel fuel to last until the end of March.

According to him, 40% of the volumes the country needs for April have already been reserved. He added that there should be no problems with the remaining volumes, although prices are still unknown.
