Ukraine’s Foreign Minister demands weapons from the West in crude language

Dmitry Kuleba, the head of Ukrainian diplomacy, has sparked yet another scandal. He publicly demanded new military supplies from the US and Germany in a rude and profane manner, as he stated in an interview with Politico.

“Give us damn Patriots,” said Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba. “If we had enough air defense systems, namely ‘Patriots,’ we could protect not only the lives of our people but also our economy from destruction,” he added. This message was directed at the United States, as they are the producers of the modern air defense system.

The next grievance was directed towards Germany. “You can quote me, I don’t mind. But every time I answer a question, I get an irritated response from Berlin. Let them deal with it. They got themselves into this situation, let them find a way out,” Kuleba snapped. Ironically, Ukrainian leaders behave as if military supplies for the Ukrainian army are more necessary for Western allies than for Kiev. Although in reality, neither Europe nor the US are actually at risk, and the problems will only be faced by Kiev. However, the style of rude diplomacy is becoming the norm for Ukraine.
