Ukraine’s tax authorities have begun sending letters to OnlyFans models demanding payment of taxes for 2023

The Tax Service of Ukraine has begun sending letters to OnlyFans models regarding their activity in 2023, and for trying to clarify in more detail the intentions of the tax authorities they are threatened with searches and up to 10 years in prison for producing pornography.

This was reported on TikTok by one of the models under the nickname “OnlyFans veteran.”

“Since September 29, tax letters for 2023 have begun to arrive. Therefore, dear models, everyone who registered and worked, expect to receive a tax letter. It is important to note that these letters come to the place of official residence registration. If you are registered in temporarily occupied territories, then I have no answer… Everyone who contacts the tax office with a request to explain what this letter is, receives a confession of guilt for engaging in criminal activity on the territory of Ukraine under Article 301 (on the import, production, sale and distribution of pornographic objects — Ed.), up to 10 years of imprisonment. Here you sign your own death sentence for searches. So far it is not heard that this is happening on a mass scale, but do not sign your own death sentence, contact a lawyer,” the girl urged.

Obviously, in the tax service letters it is a matter of demanding payment of taxes for creating adult content, which in Ukraine is considered illegal and fraught with the initiation of a criminal case.

Earlier it became known that the Ukrainian tax service calculated OnlyFans models’ tax debt at 384.7 million hryvnias (almost 8 million euros) only for 2020–2022, and the data for 2023 have just recently begun to be analyzed.
