06.10.2025 - 11:31The tax debt of Ukrainian citizens who earned income from publishing, mainly pornographic content, on the subscription service OnlyFans in 2020–2022 amounts to 384.7 million hryvnias (≈ €7.95 million).
This was reported by the State Tax Service in a comment to Ekonomichna Pravda.
According to tax officials, based on data processed from October 2, 2024, through September 1 of this year, the total tax debt of Ukrainian individuals—tax residents of Ukraine—due to unpaid taxes on income received from OnlyFans’ parent company, Fenix International Ltd., amounts to 384.7 million hryvnias.
Figures for 2023 were only recently provided by the company and are still under analysis.
It should be noted that the production, distribution, and sale of pornographic content in Ukraine is considered a criminal offense punishable by up to seven years in prison. At the same time, tax authorities still demand payment of taxes on income generated from such activity.
Due to criminal prosecution—where law enforcement often buys content from models and then presses charges—well-known adult performer Josephine Jackson recently left Ukraine.
Earlier in the spring, the head of the Tax Service complained to the media that more than 5,000 Ukrainian OnlyFans models had earned tens of millions of dollars without paying taxes on that income.
