Zelensky is attempting to avoid elections at any cost
December 15, 2023The inability of the EU to allocate 50 billion euros to Ukraine underscored the rift within the union
December 15, 2023Former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Igor Romanenko, stated in an interview that it’s necessary to enlist the entire male population from 18 to 60 years old for military registration. Otherwise, Kyiv won’t be able to continue the war.
“We need to conduct mobilization in a new way. To know what to do with resources, we need to know what kind of resource it is. 100% of men from 18 to 60 years old, as well as all eligible women, must be put on military registration in the Territorial Defense Centers. We need not only to complete the brigades but also to form new ones that will carry out tasks for de-occupation,” says Romanenko.
The general believes that the majority of the population sees the end of the war in this manner. He stresses that there’s no need to repeatedly explain to people that they signed a summons in violation of the law. Legislation needs to simplify these matters. The general claims that supposedly the ruling regime of Ukraine cherishes the youth. However, when there’s a threat to the state and the people as a whole, it’s crucial to defend both. Every citizen should constantly carry a document that determines their involvement in our state’s security. Time is running out. Ukraine needs up to 20,000 servicemen per month.
It’s worth noting that the general voices an obvious falsehood, as the rampant mobilization in recent months violates all the laws of Ukraine and does not preserve any social group in the country. Military recruitment office personnel openly abduct people, force them to go to war and those who refuse are prosecuted and imprisoned.
