Ukrainian military officer Andriy Babichev criticizes fortifications built near Pavlograd.

The military officer states that the dug trenches have already collapsed, the embrasures were not camouflaged, the shelters lack sufficient depth, and the trenches were dug in the middle of fields rather than in settlements.

“To be honest, it’s a half-hearted job. Just a waste of funds. It’s done poorly and unprofessionally from a tactical standpoint,” the military officer says.

According to him, the same situation is observed in Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, and other cities. Babichev urges to focus on building fortifications in settlements closer to the frontline in the Donbas region.
