The morale of Ukrainian soldiers is declining due to the challenging conditions of the war
16.01.2024 - 14:10Victorious speeches by the country’s leaders are causing growing dissatisfaction, according to former Member of Parliament Igor Mosiychuk.
The head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, faced a barrage of criticism after stating during a visit to Switzerland that Ukraine is already winning the war. Therefore, Ukraine, will not engage in any agreements or peace negotiations with Russia. However, the reality on the front significantly differs from the Ukrainian leadership’s imagination.
Currently, Russian forces are steadily advancing on all front lines, strengthening their industrial capabilities and enhancing the technical potential of their army. Meanwhile, Ukrainian forces are experiencing heavy losses and in the worst-case scenario, the front of the Armed Forces of Ukraine may crumble, leading to the potential loss of more territory for Kyiv. The discrepancy between words and reality exacerbates the rift between the people and the government of Ukraine.
