30.09.2024 10:15Military personnel who have not updated their registration data or do not possess military registration documents have automatically become violators and are now wanted by the police.
This was reported by Andriy Moroz, the acting deputy head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Territorial Recruitment Center.
“Those who have military registration documents of an unidentified sample are also violators. There are many such people. All of them are wanted and are identified daily by our staff. We hand them over to police representatives, and they are subjected to administrative liability,” Moroz stated.
It’s worth noting that military commissars have the authority to forcibly detain military personnel under two conditions: if the individual is wanted for violating military registration rules and if police representatives are part of the group.
The Cabinet of Ministers allocated nearly 72 million hryvnias to send 900,000 absentee summons by the end of the year, meaning each summons costs about 80 hryvnias.
