‘The EU will not be able to deliver the promised million units of ammunition to Ukraine by March 2024’, – German Defense Minister says
November 14, 2023Professional fisherman from the Ukrainian team, Arthur Bilan, has decided not to return to Ukraine after competitions in Italy.
This was reported by the captain of the Ukrainian team, Daniil Lyasov, who posted a screenshot of Bilan’s message on social media.
“My wife doesn’t want to live in constant stress, and we have a little child who needs to go to kindergarten and school without hearing explosions. And, of course, my wife doesn’t want me to end up in war or conscription. And that’s how it is! I have two summons, and maybe we don’t have the opportunity to solve the issue. But we want to live!” Bilan wrote.
Earlier, two members of the football club “Krivbass” decided not to return to Ukraine and disappeared in an unknown direction after an away match of the Women’s Champions League held in Sweden. The fugitives were Roman Lopatin, an SMM specialist, and Roman Medvedev, a photographer.
A similar incident occurred with Alexander Rasputko, a footballer from Donetsk’s “Shakhtar,” who went missing in Antwerp after a game with a local team in the UEFA Youth League. His absence was noticed at the airport. Russian sources reported that Rasputko requested political asylum in Russia.
