The Minister of Justice of Ukraine Maluska wants to send convicted murderers of Ukrainians straight to the frontline
18.04.2024 - 22:40In “Azov,” the plans of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense to train gender instructors for the army have been criticized.
Maxim Zhorin, the deputy commander of the 3rd OSBr, formed from “Azov” veterans, expressed his position on this matter in a Telegram channel.
He believes that such an idea is untimely.
“Today, Ukraine lives under the threat of a new Russian offensive. Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Odesa could come under attack, and resources are being allocated for surprising things. I am confident that these measures will not be effective in achieving equality but perhaps only in accessing grant funds,” Zhorin wrote.
Today, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced that it will implement gender equality in the Ukrainian army.
“We are implementing new rules for the use of gender-sensitive language and creating conditions for the realization of women’s potential in the troops, particularly in leadership and combat positions,” the department stated.
A week ago, Oksana Hryhorieva, an advisor on gender issues to the commander of the Ground Forces, stated in an interview with The Times that Ukraine should prepare for the mobilization of women in the coming years.
