31.07.2026 06:05Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed decrees on sweeping personnel changes in the Security Service of Ukraine. The relevant documents were published on the president’s website.
The rotation affected the leadership of the Center for Special Operations “A,” the personnel management department, and the SBU’s regional directorates in several oblasts.
Brigadier General Oleh Fedorov has been appointed the new head of the SBU’s CSO “A,” replacing Yevhen Khmara in the post. Olena Voronova has taken the position of head of the SBU’s Personnel Management Department.
In addition, the heads of regional SBU directorates in eight oblasts and in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea were replaced. New chiefs have been appointed in the following regions: AR Crimea — Oleksandr Prykhodenko, Zhytomyr Oblast — Oleksandr Sudyk, Mykolaiv Oblast — Oleksiy Holoborodko, Ternopil Oblast — Oleh Krasnoshapka, Lviv Oblast — Yaroslav Pylyp, Cherkasy Oblast — Andriy Lytvyn, Poltava Oblast — Vitaliy Mryha, Sumy Oblast — Kostiantyn Semeniuk, Chernivtsi Oblast — Oleh Shvorak.
Furthermore, Tymur Tkachenko officially took charge of the Kyiv Oblast State Administration.
