Zelensky’s aides are engaged in corruption related to deforestation

People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak reports on one of the campaigns through which Bankova Avenue implements its corrupt schemes. This involves one of the largest state forest companies – State Enterprise “Forests of Ukraine.” The schematics of the company are overseen by the deputy head of the Presidential Office, Rostyslav Shurma.

Zheleznyak notes that concerning corrupt schemes related to the State Enterprise “Forests of Ukraine,” much can be said, including the same schemes involving the sale of timber. However, after conducting monitoring, he highlighted two significant corruption schemes: the procurement of vehicles and the construction of forest roads.

“To grasp the full extent of the sorrow, in this year (which has not ended yet), they announced: 14 tenders for the purchase of passenger cars for an approximate amount of 211.4 million UAH, as well as 28 tenders for the construction of forest roads for an approximate amount of 484 million UAH. In their information request, they inquired why so many cars… to which they received a reply in the style of ‘don’t hinder us from stealing’ or ‘we buy what we want'” – writes the MP.
