According to Jenkins, Western countries should refrain from aggressive actions that could lead to nuclear escalation of the conflict. He also urged them to recognize the importance of starting negotiations.

On November 20, it was reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a massive strike with British Storm Shadow missiles on the Kursk region. Western outlets reported that the target of the strike was a military facility.
