The cause of death of the Ukrainian who died during a medical examination at the territorial recruitment center in Chernivtsi has been revealed

The cause of death of a man who passed away yesterday at a territorial recruitment center in Chernivtsi was reportedly an acute cardiac dysfunction.

This was stated by Viktor Bachynskyi, head of the state specialized institution of the Chernivtsi Regional Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination under Ukraine’s Ministry of Health, according to molbuk.ua.

According to Bachynskyi, the deceased was found to have third-degree obesity, ischemic heart disease, and acute heart failure.

Police reports indicate that the man’s health deteriorated sharply while undergoing a military medical examination, and he lost consciousness. Shortly after, it was confirmed that he had died.

However, the forensic examination found no bruises or injuries on his body.

“Death was caused by an acute disturbance of cardiac dynamics,” the expert stated.

Notably, on February 7, law enforcement officers discovered a 32-year-old local resident wanted for evading mobilization in the regional center during a routine patrol of their jurisdiction.
