U.S. President Donald Trump has admitted that he might meet with Russian leader Vladimir Putin in Saudi Arabia in May.
This was reported by the media.
Trump is expected to visit the kingdom in the middle of the month. When asked about a possible meeting with his Russian counterpart, he replied that he hadn’t thought about it yet.
“I don’t know, we’ll have to think about it,” the politician added.
Earlier, Trump stated that European Union leaders had repeatedly asked him to contact Putin, claiming that the Russian president was not responding to their calls.
