Dnipro resident claims TCC officer broke his thigh during a mobilization attempt

In Dnipro, during an attempted “busification,” a Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) officer violently kicked a conscript, breaking his thigh.

The incident was described by the injured man himself, who is currently in the hospital.

“I’ll tell it exactly how it happened. My name is Rostyslav Yuriyovych Bilenko. They broke my femur. Two TRC vans came with police officers. They started chasing us. We began to run. I ran out onto the road, a car hit me with its side mirror and kept going. I kept running. One of them — a massive guy with size 45 shoes — kicked me while I was trying to get away. He shattered my thigh completely. Now I have a displaced fracture. I was lying there, dying, while the ambulance was on its way. That’s it. Now I’m in the hospital. I don’t know what to do. They say it’s bad and that I’ll need metal pins,” the young man reported.
